💬Comment “MORE” and I’ll send you 5 high protein recipes that let you eat more and still lose fat and the macros are done for you.

Ladies! When you under eat you are only setting yourself up for failure in the weight loss department.

If you’re not eating enough you’re likely gonna binge later, ruin your metabolism making it hard for fat loss in the future, and/or feel bad about yourself for not being able to stick with it.

If you need help know your numbers please send me a DM and we can chat about your goal.

PSA: training is for building/maintaining muscle, strength and overall health and longevity.

Fat loss primarily comes from being in a calorie deficit with your nutrition playing the biggest part and your total overall movement ‘helping’.

Any questions?

Which one works better for YOU? Save this for later. 👇🏼

The truth? Both can work.

Tracking calories can keep things simple. Tracking macros can give you a little more structure around protein, carbs, and fats.

Neither one is inherently “better.” The best approach is the one that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and that you can actually be consistent with.

Want help figuring out which approach makes sense for you? DM me “MACROS.”

Keep swiping number five is the one I really want you to hear!

The goal of fat loss isn’t to see how little you can eat!

Yes, to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, but the goal is always to eat as much as you can, and still lose because…

Your training.
You’re building muscle.
You’re recovering.
And you actually want to live your life and not be miserable.

And if you want to do those things, you need enough food to support all of it.

So instead of asking yourself, “ where do I cut out more food?”

I want you to start asking yourself “am I eating enough to support the body I’m working hard to build.”
