Join the Ethan Saylor Alliance (ESA) on April 20th for a full-day, immersive training focused on effective interactions with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
This isn't just a lecture. You will:
• Hear directly from self-advocates—individuals within the I/DD community who serve as the primary educators.
• Engage in scenario-based role-plays to practice real-world response strategies.
• Earn MPCTC In-Service Credit: Successful completion meets the triennial training requirement.
