Looking for a local Beginner Hoop Dance/Fitness Class?! Well, you're in luck! The new class series is starting at Studio Helix in Northampton on August 2nd from 2:00-3:00 pm and will be on-going-every Sunday from 2:00-3:00 pm (if, there's any day class won't be held it will be posted here and on the Kimqi Hoops website).

Kimqi Hoops leads a hoop contest at Barnes and Noble in Enfield, CT yesterday after a hooping demo and mini-lesson. There are truly some emerging hoopers out there!
