I promote the concept that our bodies have an intuitive wisdom that can lead us to optimal wellness.

Through my classes, privates, and workshops I teach the tools and skills to find this intuitive wisdom. My name is Kimberly Michelle and I am a yoga instructor and life coach. As an Icelandic native, I became familiar with the ancient Icelandic term "InnSaei," which roughly means intuition, or inner wisdom. After moving to the United States, however, this concept was quickly forgotten. I spent ove

r ten years of my life sick, miserable, and unhappy, despite the many doctors I had seen for help. At my breaking point, I began looking into different cultures and healing methods. This is when I became reacquainted with the term "InnSaei," and the concept that our bodies have an intuitive wisdom that can lead us to optimal wellness. When we are balanced mentally, physically, and emotionally, our body has an amazing capacity to heal itself. One of the best ways to move towards homeostasis, and tap into this inner wisdom, is through yoga and meditation. I teach both group and private lessons, in both corporate and community environments. I'm also aware that the habits and addictions we acquire over time often need to be addressed and eradicated before real progress can be achieved. I work one on one with individuals to help them gain the insight and power to alter subconscious patterning. SENSUAL YOGA AND MEDITATION: PART 4, TASTE
WHEN: Saturday, November 21st
WHERE: Online via Zoom
TIME: 7pm to 8:15pm

This 75 minute online Zoom class will include a meditation on taste (see MATERIAL list below), sensual movement, deep stretching, and breath focus. This class is appropriate for all levels, and can be done alone or with a partner/ loved one.

Thank you for those who attended my Sensual Yoga and Meditation class last night! This was the first in a series about each of the senses, and last night we took a deep dive into our sense of sight. Here is a clip from our seated meditation. We really do hold a lot of tension around the eyes. Take a moment to just relax and soften! ❤🙏

Sensuality is all about the senses! This 75 minute class will include movement, deep stretching, breath focus, and meditation. During this sensual yoga series I will pick a different sense to focus on each week. Our meditation for this class will focus on the sense of sight and how it impacts our energy, behavior, and thoughts. (See list of MATERIALS below). This class is appropriate for all-levels and ages that are interested. It can be done alone or with a partner or loved one.

Thanks to everyone that came out for my first Divine Feminine workshop co-taught with !! It was so amazing to have that many Divine females in the same space all moving and chanting at the same time! Understanding myself and the world around me in terms of masculine and feminine energy has been life changing for me, and I cant wait to continue to share and grow together! Connecting with my shadow self at Olympic Park in Alanta, GA. My mom and I decided to take a trip for Mother's Day to have some fun and get out of the house. Georgia was one of the first states to open things back up, so we decided to go to Atlanta. Some folks may have thought this was risky or unsafe, and that might be true. However, nothing is safe in life! Safety is an illusion. My mom has always taught me not to live in fear, and she makes sure to practice what she preaches. FEAR is a part of our shadow self, and it can take over our lives if we are not careful. This is not something we should judge or feel shame about, but simply notice. How does fear hold you back and strip you of your serenity? If this was your last day on earth would you want to spend it worrying about something you cannot control? What tools and techniques can you use to calm your anxiety and feel more grounded? These are all things you can learn through mindfulness and intuitive living. I teach meditation, yoga, and breath coaching to deal with these persisent emotions that are hard to think our way out of. Let's work on those chaturangas!!! During a typical vinyasa class one will encounter a lot of chaturangas, which is a great opportunity for growth if done correctly!! However, it's also a great opportunity for injury, overtime, if done incorrectly. In the pictures above I am demonstrating proper alignment vs improper alignment. Unfortunately this is a pose that is often done with improper alignment.
