Things that are more important than the words that you say:

- your actions
- your priorities
- your facial expressions

This is a good one!

In the new society of the constant "free agent" we are setting people up for a lack of integrity (doing what you say you're going to do) which creates issues with trust, reliability, and responsibility. It's a domino effect.

If you don't like your team - quit
If you don't like your teacher - force for a new one
If you don't like your school - transfer

Those are just some of the few small ones... not to mention much bigger commitments that are quit at the first sign of adversity.

What happened to the parenting: "Finish what you start."?
What happened to coaching people to work THROUGH it and not bailing, or looking for an out?

If you're constantly quitting the small things, you'll quit the big things. It should be an extreme, unsafe, or toxic situation to not finish what you start - not habitual. Anything worth having, anything great doesn't come easy.

A true leader is someone that others choose to follow because they want to, not because they have to. Ask yourself where your heart lies… would you follow you?

Success isn’t an accident. It is carefully planned and executed with your daily habits.

Success comes from consistent effort over time. It comes from failing but getting back up and going again. It comes from honoring those that are on your team, supporting them, and wanting their success as much as yours.

Make 2024 great by checking your daily habits, your focus, and your attitude. Make sure it aligns with your goals. 🎉🥳

Goal setting isn’t just about the outcome, it’s about the process. If you don’t plan the process, you’re leaving it up to chance.

You have to create a way to hold yourself accountable. Otherwise you’re just wasting time.

Carefully design your path with daily habits, checkpoints, and detours. When you reach your destination… celebrate! Take the time for gratitude. Honor and celebrate those with you and that helped you get there.

Moving on from mistakes is a difficult thing to do. But there is great news… you get to choose who you are today!

You do not have to be defined by your past. That isn’t your identity. You are who you are today. Be better today. 1% better. Be who you want to be. You get to choose!

Here’s to a better 2024 than was 2023.

What if everything that you did, everything that you’ve said, all that you watch, read, or listen to had to be placed in either an “Of God” or “Of Satan” bucket?

Nothing could be left out. There is no “other” bucket. It’s either good or evil. It’s either bringing life or death.

That’s the power that you have.

How does this mindset change your decision making?

Who you choose to link arms with is important. Love, trust, and respect have to be the top priorities of the relationship.

In order to have open conversations that help each other see full perspectives, you have to respect the other person’s point of view, know they love you, and trust that they have your best interest at the center.

On the flip side, you have to communicate with love for the other person, have their best interest in front, and respect their point of view ❤️

Don’t go through life with blinders on. Some of the best things you see are in the peripheral.

Choose your circle wisely, live in the present, and embrace the journey.

If you truly want to elevate yourself, you cannot have expectations that you deserve something. You’re not owed anything from anyone.

Instead you need to operate in a grateful mindset, take care of your responsibilities, and choose your obligations over your desires.
