If you've lived with ADHD for years, chances are you've asked yourself this question more times than you can count:
"What's wrong with me?"
It often happens after missing a deadline.
Forgetting something important.
Feeling completely stuck on a task you genuinely wanted to do.
Over time, that question can become a habit.
But here's something worth considering...
The question itself assumes that *you* are the problem.
What if that's not true?
What if your brain is responding to overwhelm, uncertainty, too many decisions, emotional pressure—or another ADHD pattern that has nothing to do with your character?
