Hello! I bet you all thought I fell off the face of the earth. Not going to lie, the last 11 months the Lord has challenged me hard. But, I am still here and ready to get back at it.

Was blessed with a venison tenderloin and ground venison. Made a beautifully marinade for the tenderloin. It came out so tender you could cut it with a fork. All I did was marinade and pan sear

Ground was mixed with a little beef, a steak rub and pan seared as will. Yummy
