Please join us for our Literacy Day Open House! Open to our BCSS families and staff to have a preview of the event. Monday, March 23rd, 5-7. Enter at the Main Entrance.

Celebrating our ‘neighborhood’ with interactive stations. The Book Fair will be open, along with the Student Art Gallery in Central. Stop by the PTO or Pioneer Pantry tables. And please take time to check out all of our neighborhood spots represented on the classroom doors. You will be able to vote for your favorites at the event.

🐣🌷 Join us for a morning of fun and community at our Resource Fair & Egg Hunt on March 28th!

Families are invited to explore helpful community resources and enjoy a festive egg hunt for the kids.

We are also looking for individuals interested in becoming Teacher Assistants! Stop by for on-the-spot interviews from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Please bring your resume.

The State of NJ honored Kelly Fletcher with their Exemplary Educator award on Friday. County leaders joined BCSSSD Administration to congratulate the BCSSEA Vice President Kelly Fletcher on all of her accomplishments on the Transition Campus and for the District as a whole.

Please help us to honor veterans and active duty service members during the month of November as we sponsor the 15th annual card campaign! All card supplies and postage provided by the members of Burlington County Special Services Education Association.

Students will create over 300 thank you cards- submit addresses of card recipients to be honored with a special card this month! Submit as many as you wish near and far. Let’s express our gratitude and appreciate for their service! 🇺🇸

BCSSSD, Sheriff James H. Kostoplis and the Burlington County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Burlington County Commissioners, invite you to our Annual Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at BCSSSD!

Bring your costumes, candy buckets, and Halloween spirit; this event is rain or shine!

Thank you to all of the families and community members who stopped by our greeting table at the annual BCSSD Back to School Night & Resource Fair. We passed out over 200 soft pretzels and enjoyed sharing about our upcoming events to support our community!

Our annual new staff luncheon was held today. The BCSSEA is excited to welcome our new Teacher Assistants, Teachers, Therapists and a Nurse. Many Thanks to the Andrew, from the BCEA and Angel Gliva McDermott Uniserv Region 3 for attending. Having almost 30 new staff is an excellent way to start the 2025-26 school year. The BCSSEA is looking forward to getting to know our new members this year.

Daily Kelly’s inspiring leadership skills guide students and colleagues towards their goals big and small. The ongoing initiatives Kelly has developed continue to impress from Pioneer Posh to Pathways Plus and everything in between. Kelly has established innovative connections with the community that make this recognition a perfect addition to Kelly’s career accomplishments.
