Today is the anniversary of my Nana's ascension.

And the more time that passes (it's been 20 years now) the blurrier the memories get.

I have trouble recalling the specifics, the details.

But if ever I smell the scent of 'wind song' the feeling of her hugs come flooding right back.

She gave the best hugs.

They were the kind that you could melt into. Where you could literally feel the reset happen as your body let go, your nervous system would reset and all of your worries settled.

She was my safe place.

Whenever I would be upset with my parents or feeling unsettled, I would retreat to my Nana's house (before she moved in with us which was my dream come true).

I felt truly seen by her and so deeply loved, like she genuinely wanted to spend time with me.
To hear my outlandish ideas (like when I thought I wanted to become a Nun lol).
To let me pour my heart out and then gift me with her beloved wisdom.

She was so fun to be with.

Her laugh was contagious. And you could fill a book with all of her little mannerisms & hilarious mispronounced words (this lives on through my mom lol).

She was our rock.

Everyone came to see 'Ma'.
She was the glue that held it all. The very reason why my big family would gather together for Sunday dinners & parties & holidays.

So much changed after she passed away.

Bonds between family faded.
And the memories are still fading too.

But one thing I will never forget is how she made me feel.

That truly is the legacy you leave.

It's the very thing that keeps my devotion to this work so on fire.

Because who you are right now & who you choose to become is what will live on.
The ones we love & care for most are going to remember how we made them feel.

And I want to leave a legacy like my Nana.

I don't want to be too caught up in the BS that my boys don't feel wanted or seen.
I don't want to be too stressed out & overwhelmed that they don't feel heard.
I don't want to be too in my own head that they don't feel my joy or presence when I'm with them.

Instead, my legacy will be one of love.

My boys witness me everyday pursuing my dreams.
My boys witness me everyday choosing myself, my health & my happiness.
My boys witness me everyday journaling, meditating, walking & meeting my needs.
My boys witness me everyday speaking love & kindness into myself.

And all of these 'me' things….become 'them' things too.

They can feel that love & attention I pour into myself because then there is more love & attention more genuinely and readily available for them, too.

I'm never perfect…but I am always making positive progress because I know that how you feel is absolutely felt by your children, too.

Thank you, Nana.
For loving me fully & loving me well.
It's a feeling I will never forget & it's one that will live on far beyond me.

I’m always going to be straight up with you…

I can’t change your husband.I can’t magically organize your house. And I definitely can’t add extra hours to your day.

But what I can do is teach you exactly how to release your guilt, your anxiety & build true connection & community so you can actually be present & find real joy within yourself again. Because when you learn how to do this…the chaos going on in the world around you won't ruffle your feathers.

Does this sound familiar?

“If only my partner helped out more, then I’d have the time to breathe.”
“If the house was clean, maybe I could finally relax.”
“If I had more hours in the day, I’d get everything done, and then I’d feel good.”

Or just straight up waiting for the literal stars to align in the cosmos so that everything is just right.

But if we're being honest…life doesn’t work like that, babe. The house will always need cleaning. The kids will always need something. Your to-do list? It’s never-ending.

So here’s the question to ask yourself —

“How long am I going to wait for life to slow down before I start taking care of myself?”

You'll be waiting, quite possibly forever, for the perfect conditions to arrive.

Instead, it would be so much more valuable & supportive for you to learn how to create that peace and joy---right now, no matter what’s going on around you.

This is what we do inside MotherWell.

Most moms join MotherWell feeling exactly the same way. Stuck in the overwhelm, waiting for something outside of themselves to change so they can feel better. But what they learned?

The real shift comes from the inside.

And all you need are the right tools and the right support.

(check below for some of the epic changes the women in MotherWell have created…without having to change a single thing outside of themselves)

So no, I can’t fix your husband or make your house magically clean.

But I can show you how to find your center again. How to let go of the things you can't control and find peace. How to create the space to feel truly connected, calm, and joyful — even when life keeps lifin'.

There are only 4 spots left for this next round of MotherWell starting soon. If you’re ready to stop waiting for everything to be perfect and start actually feeling good, like now, then hit reply, and I’ll give you the details to join us :)

With love,
Angela xx

Are you holding your phone...or does your phone have a hold on you?....

Okay, I have a real question for you—how many times have you reached for your phone already today without even realizing it? 🙈

You didn’t even mean to pick up your phone, but suddenly, there you are—lost in a sea of notifications and TikTok videos.

All jokes aside, most of us struggle to create real boundaries with our phones.

It’s not just a bad habit—it’s neuroscience.
Your brain has been trained to seek those dopamine hits, and once that cycle starts, it’s hard to break.

📱 The average person touches their phone 2,617 times a day.
📱 We’re spending upwards of 4-6 hours a day mindlessly scrolling
📱 And every time we pick it up, we’re pulled further from our time, energy, and focus.

It’s not a lack of willpower.
Your brain is on autopilot, and it’s seeking that dopamine hit. That’s why, up until now, creating boundaries that last is so hard.

❌ You try to limit your phone use, but you always slip back into old habits.
❌ You find yourself mindlessly scrolling when you're stressed, overwhelmed, or just trying to make it through the day.
❌ You feel guilty for spending so much time on your phone, but you don’t know how to stop.

What you need isn’t more willpower—it’s a plan to rewire your brain.
That’s why I created Slow Your Scroll: A Digital Detox for Moms.

✔️ Discover the real reason you're reaching for your phone—even when you don’t want to.
✔️ Learn practical tools to help you break the habit for good and reclaim your time & energy.
✔️ Use a powerful MotherWell Activation audios to rewire your brain and break the hold your phone has on you.

Listen, I’m not the scroll patrol.
I’m not here to judge your TikTok binges or your meme marathons, but I am here to help you take back the energy and time that your phone is stealing.

Here’s the truth about affirmations: They won’t work if you don’t believe them.

We’ve all heard “just say these affirmations” and your life will magically change. But let’s be real… if you’re saying “I am confident” or “I am calm” while deep down your mind or body is rejecting it, those words won’t stick.

Why? Because your brain needs more than surface-level words to shift deep beliefs.

That’s why affirmations alone won’t work—unless you’re mentally rehearsing them and believing they’re possible.

So, what really makes affirmations work?

Affirmations are powerful when they’re felt and believed. That’s why I created MotherWell Activations—my own version designed to rewire your brain on a deeper, subconscious level. 🧠

Here’s what makes an affirmation powerful:

1. Mental Rehearsal
Your mind responds to feeling. When you mentally rehearse affirmations, visualizing them as already true, you create new neural pathways.
2. Believability
Instead of “I am confident,” try “I am becoming more confident every day.” Stretch yourself, but keep it believable.
3. Embody It
Hold yourself as if it’s true. Stand tall, shoulders back, and breathe deeply while saying “I am grounded.” The more your body and mind align, the more the affirmation sticks.
4. Repetition
Consistency rewires your brain. Repeating believable affirmations builds new neural connections that become your default.

⚡️Rewiring your brain creates new pathways that replace old, limiting beliefs. Instead of defaulting to stress or guilt, your brain starts responding with calm and confidence. It’s a physical change that shows up in your daily life.

🎧MotherWell Activations go beyond just saying words—they combine affirmation, visualization, embodiment, and repetition to help you become what you desire.

Ready for affirmations that actually work? When you join MotherWell, I’ll teach you exactly how to master your mind & you’ll get a library of MotherWell Activations designed to help you rewire your brain.

Hey love,

We’re officially in that time of year again—the rush of summer chaos is barely behind us, and already we’re diving headfirst into the back-to-school Fall hustle.

The endless to-do lists, the last-minute scrambles, the pressure to keep everything together as the world around you moves at lightning speed. 😵‍💫

And you—like so many other moms—are expected to handle it all with a smile, while probably feeling like you’ve got a million things pulling you in different directions.

It’s easy to think, "I’ll just push through," and wait for that magical break when things slow down… but we both know how that story ends (what break…and when)?

The truth is, for so many of us, we’ve been operating in survival mode for far too long.

Because for generations, we’ve been shown or taught that motherhood is about sacrifice.

The idea of nourishing ourselves while caring for our children? It’s been painted as impossible or just straight up selfish.

We’ve been shown, told & programmed, time and again, that being a “good” mother means putting our own needs last, running ourselves into the ground, and pushing through the overwhelm.

I was stuck in that same pattern.
And I was addicted to stress, for real.

Constantly exhausted, carrying the weight of everything, and feeling like there was never enough time for anything…especially for me.

I thought that was just how it was—how it had to be.

But here’s what I’ve learned: The cycles we’re stuck in aren’t just about our day to day routines. They’re deeply embedded in our subconscious.

The rushing, the guilt, the anxiety, the stress, the feeling like you always have to be doing—these are patterns we’ve inherited and absorbed, passed down from generation to generation.

They’ve been running on autopilot in our lives for so long, we barely even notice them.

But here’s the truth: If you really want to break the cycle, you have to sever it at the root.

It’s not enough to just know that you need more rest or self-care.
It’s not enough to tell yourself to slow down or make time for yourself.

The change has to happen deeper than that.
We have to get to the subconscious patterns and beliefs that are driving the behaviors we want to change.

That’s where rewiring steps in.

Rewiring is the process of interrupting those deeply embedded, automatic responses—those beliefs that tell you to keep going, keep doing, keep putting yourself last.

It’s about creating new pathways in the brain that shift your defaults from stress and self-sacrifice to calm, ease, and nourishment.

I know this because I’ve done it.

One of the biggest cycles I’ve broken in my life is being the mother who knows how to care for myself and my children at the same time.

I no longer believe I have to choose between my own well-being and theirs.
I’m not running on empty.
I’m not sacrificing my health and peace for the sake of being “enough” for everyone else.
I'm not cut off from friendships & connection outside of my home.

Rewiring allowed me to sever those old patterns at their root, and it’s exactly what I help other moms do as well.

And here's what that rewiring actually looks like in your day-to-day life:
It’s waking up in the morning feeling rested and not immediately jumping into a mental checklist of all the things you need to do.
It’s moving through your day with ease, knowing that your needs are woven into the rhythm of your day—not shoved to the end of the list.
It’s feeling present with your kids—fully in the moment—without the constant hum of anxiety or mental chatter of guilt or “shoulds.”
It’s knowing how to calm your nervous system, even when things get hectic, so you don’t find yourself snapping or shutting down in stressful moments.
It’s no longer feeling guilty for taking time for yourself because you know it’s what makes you a more grounded, present, and nourished mom.
That’s what happens when we rewire those deep subconscious patterns.

It’s not about waiting for the “perfect time” to start taking care of yourself.

It’s about shifting the way your mind and body operate on an automatic level so you can create a life that feels sustainable and full—not just for your children, but for you too.

MotherWell is my 10-week program where we go deep into this work. It’s designed specifically for mothers who are ready to break the cycles of overwhelm, burnout, and guilt and create new patterns that support their well-being and their family’s.

Let me share with you what one of my MotherWell clients—who also happens to be a therapist—said about her experience:

"As a therapist, I don’t always like traditional therapy for myself. It’s too familiar. I liked that this was a therapeutic program specifically for mothers, but it wasn’t traditional therapy. It was more dynamic than just individual therapy, with a built-in learning program and a group of women to support you in the process."

And that’s the heart of MotherWell—it’s more than just sitting in a room, talking. It’s a dynamic, immersive experience where you’re actively engaging in your own healing and growth, alongside a circle of other women who get it. Moms who are in the thick of it too, ready to do the deeper work and show up for themselves in a way that feels possible.

MotherWell isn’t just another self-care program or nervous system regulation course that you try to squeeze into your already-packed schedule. It’s a 10-week experience designed to help you:
Rewire your subconscious patterns that keep you in survival mode.
Reset your nervous system so you can move through life from a place of steadiness.
Reconnect to your body’s wisdom and feel aligned with what you need—not what’s expected of you.
Be part of a supportive circle of women who are all on the same journey—ready to do the deeper work, just like you.
Picture this:

Instead of barely dragging yourself through the end of the day, exhausted and running on fumes, you end your evenings with less depletion, less guilt & feeling more grounded. You show up for your kids much more present—not just going through the motions but truly there, because you’ve got the capacity to handle whatever life throws your way.

This is the shift MotherWell offers. It’s not just about getting through the chaos of motherhood—it’s about transforming how you navigate everything in your life, without constantly feeling like you’re one step away from burning out.

It’s therapy, but it’s also so much more. It’s a chance to do the real, deep work that transforms how you show up in your life—not just for your kids, but for yourself.

I know the overwhelm you’re feeling isn’t just surface-level. It’s deep. And that’s why the change needs to happen on a deep level too.

So, if you’re ready to actually break some cycles & make some real & deep-rooted changes, I’d love for you to join me in MotherWell.

The next round starts on September 25th! (and right now, you still have access to the “early-bird” enrollment pricing and TWO free one on one sessions with me).

The truth that you can shift this. You can interrupt the patterns, rewrite the stories, and reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself that know what’s best for you.

And the absolute best way to begin to get started toward that new truth? Taking that first step.

Which you can do by joining us inside of my virtual retreat, REPLENISH.

I know that being overwhelmed, burnt out, and running on fumes isn’t something that a short-lived break can fix…

We need to go deeper.
We need to recognize and uproot the subconscious beliefs that are keeping us in survival mode, and create space for genuine rest, self-love, and nourishment to flow back in.

REPLENISH is a 3-hour virtual retreat where we’ll dive deep into these truths, uncover the subconscious patterns keeping you stuck, and use tools like somatic practices, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you reset, rewire, and reconnect with yourself.

And the best part? You can do it all from the comfort of your home. (even if you can’t be there live, you will still receive access to everything to create this experience anytime!)

So, if you’ve been running on empty and you know it’s time for something to change, join me for REPLENISH and let’s begin to rewrite those stories together.

Comment REPLENISH to sign up (& get access even if you can’t be there live) 🫶🏻

See you then!
