A huge, special shoutout to my Monday Strength Class 💪💕 Today was our last session together, and they completely blew me away by surprising me with the most beautiful flowers!!

I’m so sad to see this chapter end, but I couldn’t be more proud of their incredible progress over the last six months. This group worked so hard every single week, and these four have truly been the heart and soul of the class!

Just one more Total Body Strength Class this Friday before wrapping up for the summer! So proud of every single person who showed up, put in the work, and got stronger with me over these past six months!
