Hanford High School is celebrating two incredible future educators! 🎉
Seniors Lindsey Parker and Abbigail Brooks have officially signed with the 2026 Teaching Bridge Program, a powerful partnership between Richland School District and WSU Tri‑Cities that’s shaping the next generation of teachers right here at home.

Through this program, Lindsey and Abbigail will gain early admission to WSU Tri‑Cities, hands‑on classroom experience as substitute paraeducators, and meaningful mentorship as they pursue their teaching degrees, all while staying connected to the communities they’ll one day serve.

Congratulations, Lindsey and Abbigail! Your journey in education is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make. 🍎✨

Huge congratulations to our talented students in the Hanford High Photography program! 📸

This year, our students participated in the PTA Reflections Art Competition, and we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments. Five of our photography students placed at the district level, and all five advanced to be judged at the state level.

From there, two of our students earned top honors:

Norah Thoreson – Photo Outstanding Interpretation (High School)
Paarth Mattas – Award of Excellence

Even more exciting, Norah’s work continued on to the national level, where she earned the National Award of Excellence! This is an incredible achievement and a testament to her creativity and dedication.

We are so proud of all of our students who entered and represented Hanford so well!
