I recently spoke at on a topic that has lived in my bones since childhood.

“How to unleash your potential”

For as long as I can recall, I’ve been chasing what it means to live from the seat of your potential.

I realized, there is never an endpoint to unleashing our true potential; it is an ongoing, evolving process.

But what I discovered is this;

🦋 Living in your potential is living in the seat of your true self.

🦋 Living in your potential means living freely from cultural and societal conditioning, stepping out of conformity, and dancing with your true colors.

🦋 Living in your potential means not needing to work on your weaknesses but truly claiming your innate strengths instead.

🦋 Living in your potential is stripping off the layers that no longer serve you, so that you can be as light as a feather.

🦋 Living in your potential means being finally good enough of who you are and stepping into the abundance of your true nature.

I wanted to share what my heart has been singing for a while and a door has been opened and I was given a chance to speak about it.

So I stepped through. Not perfectly. Not without fear. But with a heart that finally said yes.

And I was reminded once again:
when we find the courage to lift the veil our fears create,
life never stops showing us what’s truly possible.

I am forever grateful for for giving me a chance to shine from my essence. 🦋❤️

Dr. Lisa cradles the fire’s nest in her palms,
Tending it with care,
Feeding it with her breath,
With the flames of her own heart.

And I read in the sacred pages of Women Who Run With the Wolves:

A woman must be willing to burn hot—
to burn with passion, with words,
with ideas, with desire for what she truly loves.
Without the fire, our great ideas,
our original thoughts, our deep longings
remain uncooked, and we remain unfulfilled.

Suddenly I see the missing piece..

The fire within..

It has been ages
since I knelt before my heart’s own fire.
Ages since I cared for it,
Ages since I turned away,
leaving its embers to fade into ash.

But now I stand at a threshold.

I need to make a decision..

A decision I have never felt I deserve to make..

Here I am with the deep realization that

I cannot walk forward without rekindling the fire within,

In my own kitchen,
with my own pots and pans,
upon the path of my own making,
to care the hearth of my soul again.

Drying vegetables helps me connect with my maternal lineage, honoring women ancestors who embodied authenticity, wholeness, intuition, creativity, soulfulness, and a deep bond with nature and its cycles.

Transforming one form into another lasting one - whether a vegetable, idea, habit, or integrating my shadow self - roots me in my heritage.

As Dr. Estes says, "The woman who explores her soul becomes the source of new life for herself and others."

Embracing my wild, feminine, resourceful, and creative self has brought healing in ways I never imagined.

What you see in me,
What is reflected from you.

How you perceive me,
Depends on how your filters are shaped from your conditioning.

You and I can only see each other,
At our capacity to love another.

Until then my friend, we are not looking at the same reality.

Who am I?
What is real?
What is illusion?

Did I grow up now?
By getting one year older…
Really, when do we grow up?

When we graduate from school?
When we get married?
When we become mothers?
Or when we lose our fathers?

‘I suddenly felt like I grew up,’ Deniz said,
my dear sibling who felt loved when their father bought them some sausage.

How strange it is that the same sausage is also the earthly symbol of the moment I was banished from the realm of unconditional love.

Wow, sausage, who knew you carried such deep meanings in our family…

As I enter this age, thinking about where I am and how I feel, I realized this:

How strange it is that, for the first time, I feel enough— as a mother, a wife, a friend, a sibling, and a human.

For the first time, I feel deeply loved, and feel that I can love deeply.

For the first time, I’m tasting life without proving myself to anyone,

For the first time, I’m finding the courage to show my own colors, without shame, without fear of causing shame.

For the first time, I’m not afraid to be me, to be myself…

And for the first time, I’m breathing not for my father, but for myself.

So, am I grown up now,
or am I just beginning to grow up?

If only we children could breathe for ourselves before our fathers leave this world, without feeling like we have to hide our curves and edges.

Now, I live for you; for myself, Dad…
I love you so much

What an incredible 4-day with the brilliant minds to learn, feel, visualize and vibrate at the higher frequencies at the consciousness and human evolution conference..

The key to our evolution is love and to protect and cherish our divine power with humility, compassion, empathy, creativity and imagination.

We are more powerful than we have been made to believe . Our power comes from connection to our true selves and harmony we bring to everyone and everything around us.

Choose love over fear.
Choose compassion over judgment.
Choose empathy over jealousy.
Choose authenticity over fitting in.

You have the power to create the reality you wish.

Our minds naturally seek certainty and control as a way to navigate the complexities of life.

This desire for predictability can be traced back to our evolutionary roots, where understanding and anticipating the environment were crucial for survival.

When faced with , our brains often default to simplifying situations, creating black-and-white perceptions to avoid the discomfort of ambiguity. This oversimplification, while providing temporary relief, can lead to a narrow view of the world that overlooks the nuances and complexities inherent in most situations.

Alternatively, when overwhelmed, some may shut down entirely, avoiding decision-making and retreating from challenges.

Recognizing these tendencies allows us to foster greater resilience by embracing uncertainty and cultivating a mindset open to complexity and change, ultimately leading to more informed and balanced responses to life's challenges.

1. Stop trying to figure it all out.
Your mind is wired to overcomplicate things under stress or uncertainty. Notice it, gently let the mental noise pass.
2. the moment.
Ask: What is right now? What matters most in this moment?
Strip away anything extra.
3. Come back to .
Your power isn’t in solving everything — it’s in being here, fully.

SEEK DISCOMFORT!

This is the only way to progress toward life!

Don't do the easy choice. Challange yourself if you could do the difficult one.

Challange yourself if you could go for a walk instead of indulging on food.

Challange yourself if you could read instead of scrolling on social media.

Challange yourself if you could meditate instead of watching TV or YouTube.

You have the control over your life, not your addictions!
