Band-aid fixes are easier to sell. They're also the reason you keep ending up with the same problem six months later.

Most studio owners are running their entire business out of their own brains.

… the pricing settings in your invoicing system you have to change every August.
… the email you send families when you're sick.
… the exact order of operations for onboarding a new student.
… the steps to marketing your summer camps.
… the follow-up emails you send to new inquiries.

When that stuff lives in your head, every single time you sit down to do one of these things, you have to start from scratch. That involves a crap-ton of re-deciding and re-writing the same email you wrote three months ago (that you absolutely cannot find now).

It might feel efficient in the moment ("eh, I'll just do it"), but for many… all those micro-decisions are the reason you feel fried by Friday.

Because when nothing lives anywhere except inside your brain, your brain becomes the filing cabinet, the SOP binder, the email template library, AND the person trying to run the studio.

That's a LOT of jobs for one tired teacher brain to hold!!

This is why I'm obsessed with helping teachers build real systems for the parts of their business that repeat.

And on June 3rd, we’ll be taking a look at the inquiry process.

From when a student first reaches out to when you get them enrolled in your studio… and alllllll the steps that happen in between.

That's what we'll be building together on June 3rd. 👇

Responding to inquiries shouldn't feel like writing a brand-new email every single time.

If you're spending too much time (and too much brain power) figuring out what to send, when to follow up, and how to filter the wrong-fit families... let's fix that!

On June 3rd, I'm walking you through how to build an inquiry system that works for your studio.

Asking for reviews can bring up a lot of weird vulnerability around asking for favors or feeling “self-promotional.”

‘Cause you’re essentially saying, “Hey… would you be willing to publicly say something nice about me?”

Of course that feels a little weird! Even when you logically know your clients are happy. And if they do follow through, you then have to sit there and receive that praise — which can feel surprisingly uncomfortable if you’re not used to it.

So it’s really easy to avoid asking altogether, even if we know that having reviews / social proof is a super important part about owning a business.

But the reality is, people aren’t sitting around thinking, “I should go leave my teacher a Google review today!”

They need a direct invitation. (And sometimes they need a reminder nudge!)

Here are some easy best-practices to follow!
