HealthyEatz HealthyBody Nutrition has always been a very important part of my life. I inspire people to fall in love with healthy eating, fun living and guilt-free self-care.

After becoming a mother I realized how important nutrition was to the health and well being of my family. I have found since incorporating a healthier and balanced way of eating, my family has been illness free. While working in the food industry I observed many unhealthy eating patterns thus deciding to coach people that what you eat is an integral part of your health and happiness. While working

with me my clients develop a deep understanding of the foods and lifestyle that work best for them and implement lasting changes to improve health, energy and balance for the rest of their lives. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, New York I received my certification as a Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor as well as certification from the American Association of Drug-less Practitioner.
