Purdue Larsen Leaders Academy

On Thursday, September 22nd hosted the first Krannert Town Hall since 2017. It was a fantastic event bringing together 150 highly distinguished krannert students, alumni, and staff. Thank you for inviting our executive board members and hosting this successful event!

Marka Falk, Colin Lee-Au, Liz Faron, and Daniel Rauf represented the Larsen Leaders Academy. They were able to collaborate with other student leaders to brainstorm ways to improve Krannert, especially with the new re-designed school of business on the way.

Incoming Larsen Students!! On Tuesday, August 16th in Ross-Ade Stadium, the Larsen Leaders Academy will host initiation: an event filled with networking, introductions, skill-building, and more! This one of a kind event is a professional, meaningful, unique, and inspiring way to kickoff your Larsen experience.

Hey Larsen Leaders! Cramming for finals? Need some time to destress?

Come to Memorial Mall North on Thursday, April 28th for snacks and to hang with some dogs! This event is being hosted by Natalie’s Second Chance and we are partnering with and to host this event!

We hope too see you there!

On Friday, April 22nd our Executive board members had the honor of meeting Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Larsen for lunch. Our board was able to ask the Larsens questions about leadership, communication, networking, and the corporate world. Marshall Larsen was the CEO of Goodrich and has had numerous business endeavors across his career making him a role model for our students and the backbone of our entire program. We greatly appreciate The Larsen Family and are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to have lunch with them.

Additionally, many of our board members both volunteered at and attended the Krannert Alumni Dinner. This was a special event to celebrate esteemed alumni, network, and learn what true leadership, determination, and hard work is in the business world.

This is an example of how our Larsen Leaders strive to enhance their professional experience and desire to learn, lead, and succeed.

Huge congratulations to Mikaela Bretz, senior majoring in Industrial Management for receiving Poets & Quants "Best & Brightest" award! Mikaela is an inspiration to all students and is the true definition of a Larsen Leader.

In addition to being involved in Larsen, Mikaela used her leadership skills while participating in the Doster Leadership Conference Executive Board, the Disability Resource Center Mentor Program, Larsen Academy Mentor Program, Boiler Gold Rush, and Purdue Women's Club Basketball!

Mikaela is even more than a committed student and leader, anyone that knows Mikaela knows she is kind, caring, compassionate, bright, and a great friend. On behalf of Larsen, we wish Mikaela all the best in her future and as a data analyst at .
