Amigos y Arte is going strong! Last night we learned about luchadores Mexicanos and the students were able to create their masks along with their stage name.

You’re not just looking for “something extra” to add to your homeschool.

In this evening’s class, Maestra Amanda from and I finished up our lesson on alebrijes, colores, and vocab for body parts and patterns. We then moved on to our weaving project and learned a bit about traditional weaving practices in different parts of Latin America.

Homeschool Spanish-Language, Culture an Conversation is in session!

We test at home, then take it to class. The students in Beginning Spanish learned about hojalata art and then went on to make their own in class a couple of weeks ago for el Dia de Amor y Amistad.
