I spent the day with an aesthetician in her spa recently. Not consulting yet. Not fixing. Just a big fly on the wall so to speak.
And what I observed was… illuminating. Also very familiar. It’s a common thread I see with a lot of operators.
Nothing was necessarily wrong. But there were many missed opportunities I observed throughout the afternoon.
And I don’t think most entrepreneurs even see it in themselves. The lack of discipline. The inconsistency. The moments that could’ve been handled differently—but weren’t. That talent is there and the resilience is admirable so it’s not that.
The tips I give on hereI know sound obvious, but obvious doesn’t mean applied.
And that is where the money is🖤

Don’t get me wrong… the travel is fun, the freedom is everything I worked for… but what really fills me up is how I get to show up now for the women who want this too.
Because if you know me… giving back has always been my backbone. it’s honestly why I even started body contouring back when no one was really doing it… not just for results, but to give women confidence and a sense of freedom in their own body.
And somehow… I’m still doing that now. just in a different way. For the spa owners who are exactly where I used to be.

Retirement doesn’t always look like an exit plan.
Sometimes it looks like building something so well… you get to walk away on your terms.
I didn’t start with some perfect end goal.
I started because I had to figure it out.
Selling my multi-location spas ended up being the plot twist I didn’t plan for… but definitely needed.
Not luck. Not timing.
Structure. Standards. Decisions.
