Hi everyone!
It’s getting close. Many of us will be gathering at the Italian-American Club at 7 p.m. Friday for a great 40th reunion!!
Our apologies to those of you who can’t join us; we’ll be thinking of you. Thanks to all who have registered and sent us checks.
For the rest of you, it’s not too late! We will accept cash at the door, but as anyone who has planned an event knows, we have to have a count for the caterer. We don’t want to have too little food, or too much. So if you’re planning to come, please do one of these two things:
1. Put your check in the mail MONDAY. Make it out to West Haven High School Class of 1972 and send it to Kathy Cassell, 280 Country Hill Drive, West Haven, CT 06516. Every check we receive reduces our anxiety just a little more!
2. If you definitely plan to come and pay at the door – CASH ONLY PLEASE – please send an email to me, Ed Stannard (hit reply, NOT “reply all”) or to Kathy, [email protected] and tell us you’re coming. This will help us a great deal.
By the way, the weather is supposed to be GOOD next weekend: http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/New+Haven+CT+06510 . I know some are waiting because they’re understandably unwilling to travel in bad weather. Hopefully this forecast is accurate and everyone who is waiting on the weather will be there!
Remember: good food, open bar, a great DJ and most of all, GREAT FRIENDS! We hope you’re one of them!
