The energy was high as we welcomed our newest students to the PowerHouse Enrollment Tour—an exciting orientation night designed to prepare them for success in our pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship program!

From 100 applicants, 25 students were selected to begin their journey in Fall 2026. We’re proud to welcome this new cohort and equip them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to thrive.

A milestone years in the making. ⚡🎓

This year we celebrated the first-ever graduating class of PowerHouse. What started as a vision to develop the next generation of electricians has become a reality through the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our apprentices.

Throughout the evening, we recognized outstanding students with pin awards and honored our first Apprentice of the Year. Most importantly, we celebrated a group of individuals who committed themselves to learning the trade, growing their skills, and building a strong foundation for their future careers.

At the PowerHouse’s first-ever graduation ceremony, we introduced a tradition that recognizes more than just academic achievement. ⚡

Each custom pin award honors apprentices who exemplify the qualities that make great electricians, teammates, and leaders. From craftsmanship and reliability to leadership, safety, and professionalism, these awards celebrate the individuals who set the standard in the classroom, the lab, and the field.
