🎨 Amazing Artist: Piet Mondrian! 🎨

Our young artists explored Piet Mondrian by creating their own grids with straight black lines. They practiced hand control while making squares and rectangles in their unique designs! ✏️

Then it was time to paint! 🖌️ The children filled their shapes with Mondrian’s signature primary colors—red, yellow, and blue—creating colorful masterpieces of their own! ❤️💛💙

Our Older Preschool friends are learning all about themselves! Today, they used their imagination and creativity to **build their dream homes with blocks**. 🧱🏠

🌺 Kids Café: A Taste of Hawaiʻi! 🍙
Today at Kids Café, we learned about Hawaiʻi and how SPAM is a little piece of its food history! The kids got to make their own SPAM musubi by adding rice to a seaweed wrapper and carefully rolling it up with SPAM.
We talked about how SPAM is salty, and some of the kids noticed that the seaweed reminded them of sushi they’ve tried at home! It was a fun way to explore a new food while learning a little bit about Hawaiian culture and history.

Today, the infants enjoyed exploring a box of colorful scarves! They had fun pulling the scarves out of the box and discovering the different textures and bright colors. This simple sensory activity encouraged curiosity, helped strengthen fine motor skills, and provided opportunities for visual and tactile exploration. The children were engaged as they touched, grasped, and examined each scarf in their own unique way. 🧣🌈💕
