If you’re a T-Mobile subscriber and found your phone in a nonworking SOS mode for hours last week, you might be able to get a credit on your next statement as compensation for the service interruption. But it requires some work on your part.
If you contact T-Mobile through its Customer Care teams — the easiest way is probably through the T-Life app — you can request a bill credit that will be applied to your account.
