Resource Reminder #4 - Creative Exchange
The Creative Exchange is something we’re continuing to build and can't wait to share! We’ll be adding more resources in the near future, but in the meantime, it’s worth looking back at what started during the pandemic—early collaborative efforts to create and share materials when they were needed most.
It’s a beginning, and it’s growing.

Resource Reminder #3 - MSL Podcast
If you’re new to the field, or supporting someone who is, this is a good time to revisit our podcast!
We only released one season, but it’s a strong one. It’s an easy, bingeable listen focused on navigating that first job search and stepping into the profession with more clarity and confidence.
Sometimes hearing real voices and experiences makes all the difference. Comment below with a podcast idea our interns could create!

Resource Reminder #2 - Musical Resources in Spanish
A reminder that former interns created and curated lots of video resources in Spanish. They did this with music teachers in mind—especially those working with English language learners across band, orchestra, choir, and general music settings.
They’re designed to support access, clarity, and connection in the classroom.
If you haven’t explored them yet, this is a good place to start.

Grateful to keep building!

When we put out our call for interns, we quickly realized there was a need for something more—a clear pathway for educators who are ready to step into the world of publishing and share their work more broadly.
As a result, we’re excited to introduce a new initiative: our Creator Fellowship, launched in partnership with -flat Books . As part of this paid project, these two emerging educators are developing resources, ideas, and creative work designed to support music classrooms and communities.
Through this fellowship, they’ll receive mentorship and support as they bring their projects to life—and we’re so glad to have them as part of this work.
Please welcome Amanda & Sam as our Creator Fellows, and stay tuned to learn more about what they’re creating.
