Why?
Yes it is not a must! If you forget meals, have trouble drinking enough water and want to maximize your chances then yes. If it's not in your budget I wouldn't force it. Better quality of food and protein supplement would benefit you more.
Alot of negative mfers walking around throwing their fears and failures on anyone they can. Driving angry in life and on the road...avoid them like you would a car wreck. They will bring you down if you let them.

Few back movements. Not worried about the weight so much in these. Just feeling the movement. 170lb lat pull and 125 on rows.
