Make sure you’re finishing out your back to school shopping with some Irving Spirit Gear!
Spirit (aka popsicle Fridays) are back this year, so make sure we’ve got plenty of gear that fits to get those half priced treats:)

What a great turnout to open house yesterday! Thanks for all that stopped by our table, we know it was warm in there!

Looks like we have another warm week coming up (of course we do, it's the first week of school!). Stop by Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Hwy 100 on THURSDAY 9/3 to support our school with our first dine out DAY.

Fliers will be sent home, so bring that or show the QR code below on your phone (or enter the code below for online orders). No time frame, stop any time during the day (or multiple! we don't judge here).

Who's behind the madness...I mean magic of the PTA? Just a brief intro to this years board members. We will have a table at Open House on Thursday and would love to meet all of you.

Remember, it takes a village. So while there's 4 of us with titles, each and every member and volunteer contributes so much and we couldn't do it without all of you! We'll have info sheets for membership and volunteer signups at our table:)

Reminder - we'll be at Greenfield Park TODAY 1-3 for Popsicles at the Park. Bring the kids to run off some energy and see some of their classmates before the school year kicks off!

Whether this is your first, or last Open House/Meet the Teacher Night at Irving - it'll be new to you! While it's the same building, so much has undergone a transformation!
Come by the school from 4-6 to find your student's classroom (many have moved!), bring supplies, check out info from our specials, and pick up info from the PTA!

Stay organized, and keep your kiddos' items out of the dreaded pile of doom (aka the lost & found). We have partnered with two companies that will provide the PTA money back from any and all purchases throughout the year using our link! What we raise will go right back to supporting our students.

I've used both of these companies for YEARS, and they hold up all year through washing on water bottles, and the small peel & stick clothing labels also stay on until I want them to come off! No more sharpie!!!

Just around the corner...our FIRST meeting of the year.

PTA meetings aren't just about recruiting volunteers...that's actually just a tiny piece.

PTA meetings are where we (and YOU) learn about the school. Hear directly from Principal Gosch and the teachers about what's happening in the school.

Kiddos are welcomed (gives them another chance to burn off some energy!)

This first meeting we will be voting on the budget for the year, and our bylaws.

Please NOTE - the day of the week of meetings has changed to Wednesday!
