A fantastic time with a spectacular turnout for Back To School Bash on Wednesday at the West Allis Farmer’s Market! It’s always heartwarming to see the community show up!! Admittedly, I spent most of my time at the Hoover Elementary Photo Booth, but it was hard to walk away from so many kids posing and having fun! Added bonus that it was right next to the DJ booth, so I got to watch some great dancing! Extra super bonus for the West Allis Central High School Band sounding phenomenal!!

Seussical Kids! Another fantastic show with a whole bunch of fantastic kids— some real stars that I expect to be seeing in a lot of future shows! Even though it was super hot, it was super worth it! Bravo!

What a great time! This was my second year walking in the Independence Day Parade with the WAWM School Board. Getting to see so many community members and families along the parade route, I cannot begin to express how proud and how humbled I am to get to serve in such a spectacular district. Thank you, all of you, for being as awesome as you all are— and lucky for us, we made it through without getting caught in any rain!

What an amazing and inspiring honor to get to be onstage to hand out diplomas to the West Allis Central Class of 2026 today.
Events like these are so humbling and help me to deeply appreciate the opportunity that I’ve been given to serve our district and see first hand some of the great students that have worked so hard and accomplished so much.
Way to go, class of ‘26!! 🎉
