Today we visited Curtis at work at Sage Mountain Natural Foods Market in Leavenworth! 💚

Curtis enjoys keeping the store looking its best- washing windows, making sure the aisles are neat, and keeping the shelves stocked. We love seeing him in his element, building skills, contributing to his community, and taking pride in a job well done! 👏

At Tierra Learning Center, our Employment Services Program supports adults with developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining meaningful employment through personalized job coaching, workplace skill development, and ongoing support. We work alongside each individual to match their strengths and interests with the right employment opportunities, helping them build independence, confidence, and connections within their community. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute, grow, and feel valued in the workplace. 🌟
