Thanks to Lynn Risher Bish for sending the recent email regarding cold water. Cold water with a meal makes oils in your food coagulate, which is, of course, not good for the heart. It is better to drink warm drinks, which aids digestion as well. Lynn is trying to preserve us for the 55th reunion.

Does anyone have one of those walk-in bath tubs for seniors? The question is "do you have to sit in the tub while the water is going in and when you are draining it?" Who would want to sit there shivering until the bath drains? Just saying!
