Helllooo meet your Aledo and Weatherford Texas Director! 💙💙💙💙

Michelle Miller is originally from Alliance, Ohio and has lived in Texas now the majority of her life where she calls Fort Worth, TX home. Michelle began dancing in the 3rd grade and hasn't stopped since. She danced on her middle school and high school dance teams as well as a TVCC Cardette for two years where she served as Freshmen Representative and Sophomore Lieutenant. Michelle then transferred to Texas Christian University where she earned her Bachelors in Psychology. Michelle has spent the past 5 years choreographing for teams, officers, and solos all of which have been award winning at various dance competitions across North Texas. This will be Michelle's first year as Head Program Driector for the Weatherford and Aledo, TX Just for Kix programs!
Aside from dancing Michelle works for TCU Catholic where she spent her time as a student, and is now the Administrative Assistant at her favorite TCU organization. Michelle also competes in pageants and is competing as "Miss South Fort Worth USA" at the Miss Texas USA 2021 pageant. She is passionate about serving others through all of her work and plans on doing just that as she continues through every avenue of life. She can't wait for the next chapter to begin!

Meet your Houston Texas Spring Director!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

"Yanita Alaniz was born and raised in Alice, Texas, a small town in South Texas where football and Friday night lights are sacred. Yanita began dancing in 8th grade and joined her high school dance team her Freshman year in high school. She was on the dance team all four years in high school and was on the officer line her Sophomore-Senior years. She continued dancing in college at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with the Islander Dance Team. While also in college, she was a cheerleader for two different arena football league teams in the Corpus Christi area. In 2011, she graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and in 2015 she graduated with her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Yanita is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (GO ISLANDERS!). For the past 9 years, Yanita has taught Kindergarten-2nd grade in the Corpus Christi,
San Antonio and Houston areas. As she enters her 11th year teaching, Yanita will start her 2nd year as a middle school dance teacher in Spring ISD. Aside from dancing and teaching, Yanita enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and taking her miniature dachshunds on walks. As a director for Just For Kix, her goal is to share her love and passion for dance and to continue growing and learning as a director, teacher and dancer."

Meet your JFK Corpus Christi Director! 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ Marissa Cisneros, was born and raised in Corpus Christi Texas. She started her dance training at the age of 4 years old, in high school she was part of the Award winning Mary Carroll High School Tigerette Drill team as the Jv Tigerettes lieutenant and Captain for the 07-09 officer Tigerette line. She embraced a new journey as she continued to dance for the Division 1 Islander Dance Team at Texas A&M Corpus Christi, she was named Rookie of the year for 2009-2010. She was also apart of the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Dance program. Marissa graduated from TAMUCC with her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education. She also received a Minor in Liberal Arts with a certificate in Dance. As she continued on she became a certified Dance Adjudicator in which now she judges dance try outs for some of the local high schools around the surrounding areas and has now joined on Contest Staff for Showtime International and judges dance competitions for central & South Texas Regions. She Graduated from Concordia University Austin Texas with a Masters Degree in Education with a Specialization in Sports Administration. She specializes in all styles of dance including kick, jazz, Pom, lyrical, and hip-hop . She has helped coach and assist many dance teams through out the years and has over 20 years of dance experience. She has performed in many showcases, Regional and National competitions, and numerous amount of high schools football games, Southland NCAA Conference Tournaments and all through the state of Texas. She is currently the Spirit Coordinator and Head Dance and Cheer Coach for Texas A&M Corpus Christi University. She took her first Just For Kix Corpus Christi Team to perform at the Outback Bowl in Tampa Florida in 2019 and her first team to a dance tour in New York City the summer of 2019! Coach Cisneros recently married the love of her life Fernando Cisneros together they have 3 dogs, Astro Java and Betsy! Her goal is help share her love for dance to her students. She is very excited to continue her 4th season here as the JFK Dance Director for the South Texas Just for kix Corpus Christi area!!🌼🌼
