What are you doing tomorrow?

You are coming to Downtown Springboro for this AMAZING event!

Although my shop isn't exactly set up for much "shopping", you're still able to come in, check it out, and ask any questions you've got about events you can have!

There are vendors selling BEAUTIFUL artwork up and down the street, and it's going to be so amazing to be here to see it first hand! I plan to sneak out myself and buy some Christmas gifts!

I will be here almost the entire day setting and up and prepping for three events I have coming next week, so please feel free to pop in and say hi! 🎨

A fun after-school crafting afternoon with these young ladies!

They painted their pre-cut wooden initals, and then used modge podge to cover them with tiny mosaic tiles! I love the different colors the girls all picked! 😍

I love to craft, and I love seeing kids do something other than being on their phones like so many are now (my own included), so I'm hoping to make this a weekly thing during the school year for these students with different crafts being offered!

So help me out, and share some ideas that you think 11-13 year olds would like to create! (I'm making it a personal goal to get these boys in here too 🙃)

The Barrel, we are friends now, because this was SO fun!

First off, what a great group! They were on it the whole time!

It is actually so enjoyable for me to see people show up, look at the project in front of them, and have the "unsure feeling". This is 1000% a trust the process type of project! It's EASY- but you have to trust it. So when ALL the pieces are painted, and everyone starts to glue it down, and I start to hear things like "oh my gosh this is so cute!".. I know I have won! EASY project!

Second- EVERY single person went completely ROUGE from the examples that I showed them!! I LOVE that so much! I showed them MY examples, explained why I did or didn't like what I did, and they went off on their own colors, plans, everything... we even got polka dots added by a few ladies on their signs!

You literally do not have to be a creative person to do this, you can follow the plan and my example exactly if you want to, and I had at least four women tell me they weren't creative, but then look at what they did! Not one persons signs look like the ones I have in my examples.

You are all way more creative than you think! 🎨

This one can be done SO many ways, with so many different colors! (Think the middle of the pumpkins and bigger leaves all being painted different colors!) It can also say anything you'd like!
