This and every other reason you all can name is why our FPC-backed Jensen v. ATF lawsuit must push forward to SCOTUS, where the court can resolve these issues and agree that the NFA is unconstitutional.

On this day 34 years ago, the Siege at Ruby Ridge began when federal agents scouting the property of Randy Weaver killed Randy’s son and the family dog during the initial confrontation.

NFA enforcement was the "justification" for what happened that August.

And the horrific actions of government agents over the following days, and many other stories, are why cases like the FPC-backed Jensen v. ATF are so important, and why we must get SCOTUS to agree that the NFA is unconstitutional.

The abuses of the NFA must end. The rights and lives of millions depend on it.
