We are back this week at the Waxhaw Farmers Market with lots of delicious microgreens!! Broccoli, Arugula, Kohlrabi, Pea, Cabbage & Radish. Come out and support your local farmers!

Thank you to all who came out to see us at the Waxhaw Farmers Market today. We sold out AGAIN this week! We will be gone the next 2 weeks but will be back at the market on Saturday 8/19 with all the usual flavors and maybe a new variety! If you missed out on your preferred green today, remember that you can always message us ahead of time to reserve your microgreens!

Did you know that a cup of pea microgreens can provide 50% of an adult’s recommended daily vitamin C allowance? They also provide protein & fiber. They are a great addition to a salad and are best eaten raw, however, they are also excellent in a stir fry!! Come and get some today at the . we also have radish, broccoli, arugula and kohlrabi.

We are excited to offer a limited supply of live wheatgrass at the Waxhaw Farmers Market tomorrow in addition to microgreens! Wheatgrass is packed with antioxidants, assists with digestion, can help boost your immune system, and can help give you energy. We will have (4) 10x10 trays available tomorrow! We are also bringing arugula, broccoli, peas, kohlrabi, and radish microgreens. See you tomorrow!

Here's the vendor list for tomorrow's Special Weekday Market! Right in time to shop for your Christmas meal and stocking stuffers. There will be activities to keep the kids entertained while you shop. Santa will make a special appearance. Open 9 am - 1 pm!

After a few weeks off, we are excited to be back at the Union County Farmer’s Market on Saturday! We will be bringing plenty of our unusual microgreens and will also have these delicious Rambo Purple Radish! See you on the 22nd!
