Dear Families,
Are you looking for a quick and easy way to support our school?
Box Tops for Education has been around for over 25 years, and it really can make a difference.
In fact, the Box Tops program has helped give almost one billion dollars to schools since 1996.
The Box Tops app gives participants the ability to earn for any school across the country with just
the touch of a button. Plus, the Box Tops app allows you to search for schools that could use a little
extra help, so you can help give students in low-income schools the opportunity to succeed.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Buy participating products and use the Box Tops app to scan your
store receipt. The app identifies eligible products and earnings are credited to your designated
school online. Even if you’re shopping online or doing grocery pickup, you can still submit your
digital or email receipt with the Box Tops app and earn. Twice a year, our school gets a check!

Please see attached WARP link, it will open on Family ID on August 3rd and continue through August 28th. Below is the link for families to register, and it is on a first come, first served basis.

**Please read the following details below before registering your child for WARP!

This year WARP will operate in 3 ten-week sessions. We are accepting 50 students per session on a first come-first serve basis. If your child was not selected to attend the session of your choice, they will still have the option to attend the SACC program at Elm. (There is a fee to attend this program.) Students may be selected to attend more than one session, depending on enrollment for the session. The sessions are as follows:

Session 1: October 5-December 11

Session 2: January 11-March 26

Session 3: March 29-June 11

The hours of the program are Monday through Friday from school dismissal until 5:30.

Elm Street distributed a total of 2,145 complimentary books to students via its book vending machine this year. Students can earn these books by demonstrating positive behavior, test scores, celebrating birthdays, performing good deeds, and other accomplishments. The book vending machine was initially funded three years ago through a Harlem Wizards fundraising basketball game organized by Elm Street PAWS. Currently, the book machine is sustained through profits generated from the book fair. Over the past three years, Elm Street has distributed a total of 6,743 books to students.
