Sailor Hinegardner is a fourth year student at Wartburg College majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in management and minors in leadership and graphic design with a coaching endorsement. She first became involved in LSS as a mentee her junior year of high school. Her project included a faith based youth program in her home town. Then she became a mentor in LSS and absolutely loved guiding students on their leadership journey.

Jaderial Staebler is from Guttenberg, IA. She is currently working towards her Master of Arts in Leadership at Wartburg! Leadership has always played a large role in her life. During her undergrad, she was an LSS mentor, and she encourages high school juniors to take advantage of the opportunity to attend LSS at Wartburg!
