⭐️Congratulations to our October 2nd Marcher of the Week, Carley Dobaczewski!⭐️

Carley has worked incredibly hard on her memorization checks and has shown a lot of persistence along the way. She has also really started to come out of her shell this season, showing more confidence, personality, and leadership within the band!

We’re proud of the progress she continues to make. Congratulations, Carley!

Apparently Marcher of the Week has become Marcher of the… following week!

⭐️Congratulations to our September 25th Marcher of the Week, Aiden Franz Donato, one of our saxophone section leaders!⭐️

Aiden has shown a lot of maturity as a leader this season. He leads by example with both marching and music. He also goes out of his way to help our freshman soccer players figure out how to successfully balance both activities.

That kind of leadership makes a real difference in an ensemble.

Congratulations, Aiden!

Some nights remind you why all the long days are worth it.

Tonight was one of those nights.

Watching so many generations of our band family come together, support one another, make music, and create a moment that I know we’ll remember for a very long time was incredibly special.

We could not be more proud of our students. Our 8th graders stepped into a big night and handled it beautifully, our high school students welcomed them in and rose to the occasion, and our alumni reminded us that being part of this program doesn’t end when you graduate.

There was a lot that went into making tonight happen, but standing back and watching everyone bring it to life made every bit of it worthwhile.

Sincerely,
A few very tired but VERY proud band directors

⭐️Congratulations to Molly Oldham⭐️, freshman trombone player and our September 18th Marcher of the Week!

Molly has brought a ton of enthusiasm to the band from day one and quickly found her place in the ensemble. She’s also an excellent player who has made an immediate impact in the trombone section.

We’re excited to see what the rest of the season brings for Molly!

Mr. Barnard fell behind during Fair Week, but we didn’t want to miss recognizing our September 4th Marcher of the Week!

Congratulations to Jakob Yocum!

Jakob has stayed prepared and committed to the band while balancing a busy golf schedule. We appreciate the effort he continues to put in each week.

Congratulations, Jakob!
