LOA Refs The Lakeland Officials Association (LOA) in Waukesha, WI is comprised of officials working in the sports of football, basketball, and softball/baseball.

Its purpose is to attain uniform interpretation of sports rules and improve officiating mechanics. President - Bob Lunowa
