As a retired law enforcement officer and the owner and instructor of Shadow ID Training , I have had the opportunity to work closely with individuals who care deeply about public safety, responsible fi***rm ownership, and serving our community.

I am proud to endorse John Hance for Sheriff of McKenzie County.

I believe strong leadership in law enforcement requires integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the people being served. John Hance has demonstrated these qualities and has earned my respect and confidence.

Our communities deserve a Sheriff who will lead with professionalism, stand by the men and women who serve, and work to keep our families and communities safe.

I am honored to offer my support and endorsement.
