📚 WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP! 📚

Our North and South Elementary book fairs are October 19–23, and we have LOTS of volunteer shifts to fill! Even ONE hour helping students shop and check out would make a difference.

✅ You MUST be on the APPROVED Secure Volunteer list to volunteer at any WPS school. Approval must be renewed annually.

📍 CONFERENCE VOLUNTEER SHIFTS AT BOTH SCHOOLS:
• Wednesday, October 21: 12:15–6:15 p.m.
• Thursday, October 22: 4:15–7:00 p.m.

Shifts are one hour, except Thursday’s final shift, which is 6:15–7:00 p.m. We need multiple volunteers at each time slot so invite a friend to join you.

🐾 PANTHER DASH WAS A SUCCESS! 🐾

A HUGE thank you to all of our students, families, staff, volunteers and supporters for making this year’s Panther Dash such a success! ❤️🖤 We are so proud of our Panthers!

📣 REMINDER: Pledge forms AND money are due Thursday, October 1st!

Please make sure all pledge money is collected and returned with your pledge sheet by the deadline. We are unable to accept late forms because totals are needed to order prizes.

Thank you does not even begin to express the PTO’s gratitude for everyone who came out and supported us last night! ❤️

To all of the food truck owners—you showed up even in the extreme heat and brought us food and treats that were SO good!! This event was possible because of YOU and your support for our fundraiser! 🙌

A special shout-out to Alisha for generously donating the two bounce houses for the event and helping keep the kids entertained! 🎉

Your support means so much to us and helps us continue working toward our playground fundraiser and making a difference for our kids. We are so grateful for each and every person who donated, attended, volunteered, shared our event, or simply helped spread the word.

Staff Appreciation Week would not have been possible without the incredible support of our community & time and effort of the planning committee! 💙

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude not only to our amazing teachers, but to every staff member who helps make our school such a special place each day. From the front office and paraprofessionals to custodial, transportation, food service, and support staff — we appreciate all that you do!

A special thank you to everyone who donated items (Nutrion Nook, TaylorMadeBanners, Biggby Coffee, Mr. Clean's, Goody's WashNGo, Holistically Hanko, Sweet's Detailing, Hampton by Hilton Niles, Happy Monstera, & B&B grocery) to help make this week memorable. Your generosity and kindness truly made a difference, and we are so thankful for a community that continually shows up for our school.
