Be There for ME is for all parents and caregivers in Maine, and the people who support them. The resources on BeThereForME.org are judgement-free places to start to find support.

Asking for help is hard. But sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what would be helpful, or where a good place to start might be. Whether it’s something you need for yourself, something to help your family, or just someone to talk to, help is out there.

Big feelings can be a lot for little ones—and for parents, too! Every child processes emotions in their own way, and it’s not always easy to know what they need.

Small steps like talking about feelings or creating a calm corner can make a big difference. Remember, support is out there for both you and your child.
