WOCA Tea Time today at 4-5 PM in the WOCA Room. The topic will be Hookup Culture 2.0. Especially for firsties who've now been here for more than a full semester, come with your thoughts about the hookup culture in Colby's campus. WOCA is now accepting applications to join our board.

The Womxn of Color Alliance focuses on inter-sectional feminism at Colby College. Our club is a safe space specifically for womxn of color to discuss and deconstruct diverse worldviews. We are strong advocates for diversity, inclusion, empowerment of womxn, elimination of sexual and emotional violence, and gender, racial and sexual equality. As a club we hold biweekly tea times, bring speakers to campus, collaborate with Pugh center clubs, and challenge the Colby community on the foundations and applications of feminism.

If promoting intersectional feminism and championing issues that womxn of color face both at Colby and in society in general is something you're passionate about, we would love to invite you to apply to the WOCA board! Applications are due May 9th for next semester. Join our group of dedicated womxn of color and help create a place where womxn of color voices matter on campus.
