The filing period for School Board Candidate positions is Tuesday, 7/14/2026--Tuesday, 7/28/2026.

The WEM District Office is open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm. The WEM District Office will remain open until 5 pm on Tuesday, 7/28/2026 (the final date for candidate filing).

To file for candidacy, please stop in the WEM District Office, fill out an Affidavit for Candidacy, bring your driver's license to prove your identity, and that you live within the boundaries of the WEM School District. There is a $2.00 fee to file; the fee must also be paid at the time of filing.

We are gearing up for our rescheduled Fun Run at the Elementary School and Color Run at the Middle School on May 27! We are still looking for donations and volunteers! Families can cheer on their students in the morning at the elementary school (grade times TBD), 1:30-2:25 for 5th & 6th grade in Morristown and 2:20-2:55 for 7th & 8th grade in Morristown! What a fun way to celebrate the last day of school!
