This platform is being built from real experience inside residential services—where missed tasks, incomplete documentation, communication gaps, and delayed follow-up can quickly become serious operational and compliance concerns.

The DSP Ready Shift Companion gives Direct Support Professionals a clear, shift-based workflow while helping supervisors monitor required tasks, critical alerts, medication windows, documentation, photo evidence, maintenance concerns, and shift progress.

The goal is not to replace the DSP. The goal is to give DSPs better structure, clearer expectations, and the tools they need to complete each shift with confidence and accountability.

The platform is currently in development and testing, but the vision is becoming a working system.

Why Do Direct Support Professionals Matter?
