ANHC High School Culture Camp
May 26-29 | 9AM-5PM
Alaska Native Heritage Center

The Alaska Native Heritage Center will be hosting a summer camp for high school age students that highlights salmon! This 4-day "Fish camp" will focus on salmon processing, smoking, salmon leather making, vertebra/back bone bead making, and cooking common Alaska Native salmon dishes.

Celebrate Mother's Day & Summer Season Opening Day at ANHC
The Alaska Native Heritage Center’s summer season begins with our free Annual Mother’s Day Celebration on Sunday, May 10, 2026! Join us for a full day of cultural activities, live performances, guided tours, and special programming for all ages. Admission is free, so bring your family and friends for a memorable celebration.

Mother’s Day highlights include:

Special take-home gift for moms (while supplies last)
Free face painting from 12-4PM
Alaska Native dance performances by ANHC dancers and guest groups
