Hello! My name is Kymberlie And I have made the exciting decision to provide art classes for the children of the community! I’m doing my best to accommodate everyone interested in having their children sign up and I’d love some feedback on what availability would work for families. Before I can nail down a location I need to know how many registrations I will have so help me, help you! I am offering classes for ages 4-13. I’d like to group ages 4-7, 8-10, and 11-13. Classes will be one hour and if you have more than one child I would be open to doing a discount. I’m hoping to charge no more than 45$ but that will depend on if I need to rent space or not and if so, how much the fees will be that are associated with that. Ages 4-7 would be priced slightly lower since they will be using less advanced materials. I am also willing to offer one on one lessons out of my house in Fortson for 55$ an hour. The only days I will not be able to teach are Tuesdays and Saturdays. We will be exploring techniques with acrylic paint, clay, watercolors, sketching, and mixed media. Things you will need to provide would be sketch pads, pencils, and paintbrushes (when the time comes). This is something I am very passionate about and would find great joy in passing my knowledge onto other kids besides my own. I graduated with a degree in art history so I will also be finding fun ways to educate your kiddos in the history of art as well. I look forward to the feedback I recieve and hopefully I have enough interest to be able to nail down a location by the end of this week.
