Your teenager probably doesn’t need a lecture about putting down their phone. They might just need a different perspective. These are 5 books from our 40-book Dirt Road Academy curriculum that attack the problem from completely different directions: attention, entertainment, sleep, habits, and solitude.

These books don’t lecture. They give teens a better understanding of what’s happening to their attention and cause them to latch onto ideas that take some of it back themselves.

I’m doing deep breakdowns on every book in the curriculum, one at a time, specifically through the lens of what a teenager can take from it.

Follow if you want those.
