It can be the deciding factor of why a client chooses you over your competitor. When following-up, keep these tips in mind to shift your perspective from this to that to ensure a successful technique.

Failure to set expectations 👉 Set expectations in real time
Over-reliance on one channel 👉 Utilize multiple communication platforms
Lack of visibility 👉 Set action plan
