This last Wednesday, June 30th 2021, I outlined the many ways one could teacher train. I focused on teachers as co-equal partners developing together. In future, I want to develop an online peer-coaching program that enables teachers in Peru to reflect and continue to grow their practice. It was a good exploration with lots of sharing. I also shared my Prezi presentation with all 33 teachers. Thanks for inviting me Amelia Salvador!!

Last Sunday, October 13th, I presented at the 7th Annual English Language Teaching Seminar on "Working with technology in teaching practice" held at Centro de Idiomas Universidad Cesar Vallejo in Trujillo, Peru. I presented my project for an online way to peer-coach with a teaching task. This was a lot of fun! I'm looking for teachers committed to professional development. Here's my 8-hour workshop at the Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, or La Cantuta, in the foothills east of Lima. There were 75 eager pre-service teachers for my 4-hour a day, two-day workshop. We all had a fun learning experience. My favorite moment: conducting a rhythmic vocabulary chant with food words found and categorized in the Color Vowel Organizer activity!
