The details as of 04/10/2026 are:

1. The Alternative Law Judge (ALJ) deferred (postponed) a ruling on the Commission Staff's Motion to Dismiss our formal complaint.
2. Per the most recent 'Order' of the ALJ, we have ONLY two (2) options to proceed in this matter, one of which will FORCE us to hire an attorney or ultimately have the case dismissed...
3. Whereas, the second option requires us to 'hand off' the matter to a NEWLY MENTIONED and/or CREATED Department of Public Utility Commission of Texas, to ultimately sweep the matter under the rug.

The outcome should be interesting, considering the inhumane living conditions, hazardous, and cancerous water distribution has been ongoing for over two decades, plastered on TV by several media stations, and has been allegedly investigated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality without the COM paying the imposed sanctions or rectifying the matter.

WE WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO DEPRIVE OUR RIGHTS! STAY TUNED...
