We will have a sticky note outreach in the library on the piazza on Wednesday from 1:30-3:30. Contact Anna to sign up!

Also this Wednesday night we will have our weekly meeting at 9pm in AMC 108 to discuss whether abortions are ever medically necessary.

This past weekend, six of our AQ students got the opportunity to go to the national March for Life and explore DC. Thank you so much to Catholic Studies for sponsoring this and Protect Life Michigan for the amazing trip!

Due to the weather last week we had to delay our events :( But good news!!! We’re doing it this week now!

1.) Recruitment fair is this week on Wednesday from 1:30-3:30 in the library piazza.

2.) We have a welcome back party/meeting on Wednesday to catch up with everyone, play games, and talk about plans for the semester!

Big thanks to everyone who came out with Protect Life AQ to the Michigan March for Life!

If you haven't signed up to attend the March for Life yet here is your chance! Fill out the google form provided or get a flyer at Mass on Sunday. Here's some more info in case you're still on the fence.
-We will meet outside the library at 11:15 on January the 28th
-We will carpool from there to Lansing where the march starts at 1:00
-After the march will head back to Aquinas and get back between 3 and 4 (depending on if we stop for food)
-The event is NO COST and is a great way to stand up for what you believe in.
-Look for an update about a sign making party next week!!

Hello all!

I hope your winter break has been fun and relaxing! The ProtectLife AQ Club has decided to take a group to the Lansing March for Life on January 28th. It will be from 1-2pm outside the state capitol building. We determined that due to the reversal of Roe v. Wade and the passing of Proposal 3 it is extremely important that we do what we can in Michigan instead of making the longer trip to the D.C. March. If you are interested please fill out the google form and we will make sure that you get registered.

Protect Life AQ will be volunteering at Help Pregnancy next Friday, December 9, from 11-1pm. This is a great way to get involved and counts for any service hours you may need, and volunteering looks great on a resume! Feel free to come late or leave early, we would love to have you join us for any amount of time! PLEASE email Anna Frey [email protected] if you plan to come so that I can get a headcount and keep track of everyone. We will also be carpooling, so no need to worry about rides!

We are continuing donations as well! Drop off box is in the OLSOW chapel - we will be bringing whatever we gather with us Friday!

Meet Anna Frey, the Director of Club Activities! Anna is a senior at AQ majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Marketing and Economics. In her free time, she likes to workout, spend time with little kids, and hangout with friends and family. A fun fact about Anna is that she has gone on the March for Life in Washington D.C. four times. She is very passionate about being Pro Life and is excited for all that the club will do this year!
