They called the AI plan “Winning the Race.” 28 pages. Black Americans are not on a single one. A Black policy group in Washington did the math. If the plan runs the way they wrote it, Black families lose $43 billion a year by 2045. That is a thousand dollars a year out of every Black home. Your kitchen money. Your kids’ braces. Your mama’s medicine. Your grandbaby’s college. They were warned in March. They wrote the plan the same way anyway. Ruha Benjamin, a Black scholar at Princeton, named this years ago. She called it “The New Jim Code.” The old laws are gone. The new ones are being written into the machines. By 2035, AI will decide who gets the loan, the job, the hospital bed. If we are not in the plan today, the machine will not see our children tomorrow. There is a playbook for this. Most of us have never seen it.
