Busy day today, but as always, let's start the day with Yoga.

After stretching, a healthy breakfast, today oats with fresh fruit.

Lots to do today. Places to go. People to meet. Paperwork to finish. So many documents to read. But, after lunch, to the beach it will be.

The lighthouse is still watching over the sea and La Co**ha is the ever-present magnificent sentinal. But we arrived a little late. The s un is low in the sky. Perhaps some poses and beachwalking in the sun rather than a swim is in irder today.

Even a seagoddess knows when to just enjoy the invigorating smell of the sea and its pleasant sound - to enjoy being in the sun with a beautiful Mediterranean sky rather than in the water.

A day with a lot of accomplishmens invluding "happy time" at the beach. Next time, let's arrivea little earlier and get wet!
